| Captains | A photocopy of this sheet must be distributed to all entrants |
| Eligibility | Players must have a current Golf Canada handicap factor. Players must be 12 years of age on DAY 1 of the Championships. Handicaps will be frozen as of midnight May 30. |
| Entry Dates | Entries will be accepted from May 2nd until end of day May 27, 2022. Cancellation deadline is end of day May 27, 2022. |
| How to Enter | Online or Mail In. Cheque allowing 5 business days for delivery; or email/e-transfer. Please add your name in the note to verify your payment. |
| Practice rounds | Available May 30 & 31 & June 2 & 3, 2022 Rates will be 50% off. |
| Power carts | Fee – $20.00 per seat per day, tax included |
| Range balls | Complimentary |
| Meals | Saturday dinner buffet after play. Time to be determined by the number of entries |
| Prizes | Women’s Amateur: Winner and Runner up, Low Gross & Low Net Senior Amateur: Winner and Runner up, Low Gross & Low Net Zone Net: Low Net and Runner-up Team Winners: Aggregate low net, 1st / 2nd Flight Prizes**: Low Gross (1st to 3rd), Low Net (1st to 3rd) ** Number of flights dependent on number of entrants. ** Champions of Women’s Amateur are eliminated from flight prizes. |
